Science Blaster Jr. is the first and only science game in the Blaster Learning System. The game features child versions of the three main protagonists from the first game.
Plot
The Blaster Pals Blasternaut, Spot and Galactic Commander fly their ship towards Earth.
Games
Weather Station
This activity shows the differences in weather around the world. The player chooses a region, a season, the presence of precipitation and the current temperature. The player has also the option of adding objects to the picture related to the region and current weather.
Size-o-Meter
This activity allows the player to compare the size lengths or heights of different animals, plants, vehicles and buildings. For each category type the player can compare how many average-sized humans would equate to the length/height of the objects (which is automatic if the equation is too numerous).
Science Library
The player fills gaps in sequences in order to tell a scientific story. Examples include smallest to biggest, growth cycle of a bird and steps taken to aid a grazed knee.
Sound Waves
The player matches eight tunes made by bells or a jug organ, which are color coded. The player can also customize tunes.
Timeline
The player picks a period on the timeline to learn about past inventions and hypothetical future inventions.
Engineering Lab
The player interacts with a piping complex to channel a group of foodstuffs into a deposit pipe.
Encyclopedia
Allows the player to look up categorised scientific information.

Trivia
- This is the only Blaster Learning System Jr. game which has an "Exit" button. And it is accessible in the Blaster Ship menu.
- In the Reading Blaster Junior, the user could use Ctrl "Q" to exit (by pressing the Ctrl and "Q" keys at the same time). In the Math Blaster Junior game, the user could exit by pressing Esc.
- The Child Versions would also be Featured on Eleanor, Kisha, Hopsalot, CJ and Pierre in the JumpStart 3D Virtual World Series.
